We are located in downtown Palmetto.
When you arrive, enter through the front door and have a seat in the waiting room. Use this time to relax, fill out any last minute paperwork or update any change in your medical history. Your provider will come get you from the waiting room when it is time for your appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy your full time with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you with the remaining time, but may need to reschedule your appointment.
If you are needing to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us within 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered, medications or gift certificates.
