Meet your provider

Dianna Russo, FNP-C

I believe confidence starts with feeling your best and I’m here to help you get there.

My background in labor and delivery, women’s health, and plastic surgery has shaped the way I care for patients today. Working in labor and delivery, I had the privilege of supporting women through some of the most powerful and vulnerable moments of their lives, helping them feel strong, capable, and empowered. In plastic surgery, I saw a different side of transformation, how enhancing physical appearance can restore confidence and help patients feel more like themselves again.

What stood out to me in both of these specialties was the same underlying theme: confidence is powerful, and when patients feel good in their bodies, it impacts every part of their lives. I truly loved how empowering these roles were, and that passion is what drove me to continue my education and become a nurse practitioner.

I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. This advanced training has allowed me to combine my clinical experience with a deeper level of knowledge, critical thinking, and autonomy in patient care. As an FNP, I am able to take a more comprehensive, whole person approach, focusing not only on symptoms, but on long term health, prevention, and overall wellness.

On a personal level, I am also a wife and a mom, and those roles have deeply shaped who I am both personally and professionally. Like many women, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else first and slowly lose sight of yourself in the process. My family is my greatest motivation, and they constantly remind me of the importance of showing up fully, not just for them, but for myself as well.

As a nurse practitioner, my goal is to take that sense of empowerment even further by building meaningful relationships with my patients and creating personalized treatment plans that support both their health and their confidence. I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and truly cared for, not rushed or overlooked.

Today, I offer a results driven approach to medical weight loss, peptides, and aesthetic treatments, always prioritizing safety, education, and individualized care. This is not a one size fits all experience. Every plan is tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle, with ongoing support every step of the way.

My mission is simple: to help you feel confident, empowered, and in control of your health, because when you feel your best, it shows in everything you do.

The meaning behind our name

Coastal Grade Wellness and Aesthetics is more than just a name, it’s a reflection of my story, my why, and the people who mean the most to me.

As a mom, I experienced first hand how easy it is to pour everything into your family and slowly lose sight of yourself. Between the demands of motherhood, work, and everyday life, I found that my confidence, energy, and sense of self started to take a back seat. And at some point, I realized something important, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Taking care of myself wasn’t selfish, it was necessary. When I started prioritizing my own health, confidence, and well being, I became a better mom, a better provider, a better wife and a better version of myself. That shift is what ultimately inspired me to create a space where others, especially women and moms, can do the same.

The name Coastal Grade is deeply personal and rooted in my children, who are my biggest motivation and inspiration. “Coastal” comes from my daughter Emma’s middle name, Coast, and “Grade” comes from my son Grady’s name. They are the reason behind everything I do, and they’ve pushed me to take even better care of myself so I can show up fully for them.

This business was built on the belief that when you feel confident, healthy, and empowered, it impacts every part of your life, including how you show up for the people you love most.

I’m so excited to help others who may feel the same way I once did, to refill their cup, regain their confidence, and become the best version of themselves.
